ABOUT
JOEP BREEDVELD
At the age of 10 years old, Joep started his racing career at the go-kart track. Every year, he climbed up a class: from indoor karting, to 4stroke outdoor karting, and then on to Rotax Max Junior and Senior to finish off in KZ shifter in 2023.
Besides that, Joep got his EU car racing license when he was only 13 years old.
During his karting career, he raced on tracks all over Europe, and even competed in the Grand Finals held in Portimao and Bahrain. The well known Skusa SuperNats in Las Vegas was the last karting event he participated in.
Also, in 2023 he was selected for the KNAF Talent Academy, as being one of the promising racing talents in the Netherlands.
All his hard work on track paid off and in April 2024 his childhood dream came true: he got the opportunity to start racing in a Porsche GT4!
And immediately with success!
After only 5 trackdays in Zandvoort, Assen and Zolder, he participated in guest races in the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland 2024 at Spa-Francorchamps and the HockenheimRing and finished on the podium in both races! This all without any previous training time on these tracks before.
In 2025 Joep will be racing the full championship for Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland with the German racing team Sorg Rennsport.
Besides that, he has been noticed by Porsche and has been selected as one of the six young race talents to take part in the Porsche Talent Pool !
A great opportunity to show Porsche what he is capable of!
COACHING

Besides his own racing carreer, Joep is a driver's performance coach in both karting and car racing, and helps racing teams analyzing race data.
Being a commentator at race events is another one of Joeps additional activities in racing.
Joep (now 18 years old) likes challenging himself to reach a higher level in all he does step by step, and combining this with being a student at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, following a double Bachelor of Econometrics & Economics at the same time, he proves his ambition and perseverance to the fullest!

A GREAT WEEKEND at the Motorsport Arena with Pole Position for both races, a P3 for Race 1 and a WIN for Race 2!
And then, as an extra I drove the Endurance Race to collect more points for the championship and with a starting position of P3, I finished the race at P2!
An intense race when racing for 1 hour in the wet, but lots of progression made.
Again a very successful weekend!
Now its time for a short break and then on to the legendary track of Spa-Francorchamps!

With a Pole Position for both races of the weekend, a race-win for eacht of the races and the fastest lap in both races as well, couldn't this weekend be any better!

Another great weekend in the books with Sorg Rennsport!
This time the event took place at the Nürburgring and there I got to the podium again two times!
A P2 in qualifying and battles for the lead in both race 1 and 2, made round 2 of the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland a real exciting one!
Ending both races in P2 just within tenths of a second from the leader, made me score good points for the championship and keep the lead!
With this in mind, I'll start preparing for round 3 at the Red Bull Ring, just in two week's time! Looking forward to that very much!

I am very happy to announce that I'll be driving the 2025 Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland season together with Sorg Rennsport in the GT4 RS!
After my two guest races last year, I am now entering for a full year with the upgrade to the RS class!
I can't wait for the season to start and to get on track with Sorg Rennsport: One Team, One Goal!

Another great weekend in the books!
Again double podium in the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland, this time held at the track of Hockenheim.
Very proud and grateful to have been able to participate in the event at a track that was completely new to me, and then being able to achieve such results with help of my coach and the whole PlusLine Racing team, makes this a very satisfying end of my first car racing training season!

What A Weekend! This weekend I participated in the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland race-event at Spa!
My first time ever at Spa, my first race-event in Porsche and then a Pole Position and two podiums in my race-class!
